IDB Donates $24 Million to Strengthen Haiti’s Education System – Nearshore Americas


The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has agreed to give US$24 million to Haiti to improve the quality of education and provide access to free basic education to all children.This is the fourth installment of funds that the bank has donated to help the impoverished Caribbean country after the 2010 earthquake destroyed more than 4,000 schools and threw thousands of students out of the educational system. via – Nearshore Americas
