UN envoy reports a “relatively stable’ security situation in Haiti | United Nations Radio

The situation in Haiti has been “relatively stable” since the Security Council was last briefed on the situation in the Caribbean country in March, though there is still a stalemate regarding elections.

That’s what Ambassador Sandra Honoré of Trinidad and Tobago, the head of the UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), told the Council on Wednesday. via  | United Nations Radio
